Your mission
Are you a physicist who is looking for the right mix of technical know-how with a touch of customer relationships and operations? Or do you have hands-on electronics experience in a laboratory and want to enter the world of (billion-dollar valued) quantum industry? Does the prospect of interacting with clientele including leading university labs and industry research centers to solve practical problems in Quantum Computing excite you?
For the Quantum Success Engineering team at Qblox, we are looking for a tech-savvy physicist or engineer (the line here at Qblox is thin!) with a strong focus on making the customer's laboratory life easier. Not only is our ideal candidate comfortable operating electronics and summoning their Python development skills when required, but is also able to talk the science-talk and communicate their ideas clearly to guide novice customers online and offline in their journey at becoming an expert. At Qblox we build intricate and complex hardware but with a strong focus on making it easy to use. We need a Quantum Success Engineer to not only communicate these intricacies effectively to the customer but also help us improve by studying the customer feedback and collaborating with our teams of roadmap leaders, technical R&D and application scientists.
We need a convincing communicator who identifies themselves as customer focused, structured, proactive and well-versed in the fast developing science of quantum computing.
