We're seeking a passionate IP Engineer to work on the development of our IP. You will play a crucial role in managing and protecting the company's intellectual property assets, as this role involves overseeing the identification, assessment, and protection of inventions, innovations, and technologies developed within the organization.

Role Overview:
Primary point of contact for all scientific and administrative matters related to intellectual property.
Creation and implementation of IP policies and processes in close cooperation with the external patent attorney and the IP-Committee.
Ensure that the company's intellectual property portfolio is strategically managed and aligned with business goals.
Work closely with our roadmap leaders and architects to understand technology roadmaps and to identify areas for intellectual property development.
Educate the engineering teams about intellectual property and related awareness.
Drive the collection of inventions from engineers and collaborate with them to create invention disclosure forms.
Filing and reviewing of patent applications.
Assess the freedom to operate for the company's products and technologies, detecting and addressing potential infringements.
Regular review of current scientific literature to stay updated on emerging technologies, advancements, and research that might intersect with IP concerns with specific regard to quantum computing.
